Worthington Owen takes the lead in Liverpool.
December 20, 2020After finishing runner up for the last 2 years, we were delighted to finally secure the top place in the Estates Gazette league table of the most active agents in Liverpool completing over 60% of the total amount of space disposed of within the City.
Worthington Owen let some 284,495 sq ft of office space which included 8 of the 10 largest deals completed during the 12 month period. Highlights included the letting of 27,976 sq ft within 20 Chapel Street to Park Group and just over 20,000 sq ft to Onward Homes at the Watson Building. We were also involved in the largest deal of the year which was the 65,000 sq ft letting of The Echo Building to Sony Interactive.
