THE SALE OF RIVERSIDE DEVELOPMENT, 8 COLUMBUS QUAY COMPLETES
April 12, 2017Worthington Owen have completed the sale of waterfront office development 8 Columbus Quay on Riverside Drive Liverpool for £420,000 to local housing group Pier Head Housing Association.
The former EAD Solicitors building will be the new Head office to Pier Head Housing group who own and manage over 2700 properties in the Liverpool, Sefton and Wirral areas . The building was sold by James Hay Pension Trustees Ltd with vacant possession in April 2017.
The office was constructed in 1996 and occupied by EAD solicitors for 10 years up until 2015.
Worthington Owen were retained to advise James Hay Pension Trustees Ltd on the sale.
