THOMPSONS SOLICITORS RELOCATE MANCHESTER OFFICE TO 55 KING STREET
May 8, 2018Thompsons Solicitors has completed a move into Orbit Developments’ 55 King Street in Manchester city centre, taking 12,700 sq ft.
The personal injury firm has moved its 117-strong team from Pearl Assurance House into the building following completion of fit out. The move is part of a programme of nationwide relocations for the practice.
Ian Bounds, its estates manager, said: “55 King Street is ideal for our requirements as the business has been able to relocate all staff onto a single floor, satisfying a primary relocation objective.
“Yet we have also managed to deliver a workspace that limits the sometimes distracting influence of large, open plan working environments, ensuring staff well being and productivity.”
