Standard Life Investments Secures one of the largest letting in Liverpool this year
October 1, 2015The Standard Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund has completed a deal with Mann Island Finance (part of Investek plc) which marks one of the largest lettings in Livepool so far in 2015.
Mann Island Finance – one of the UK’s leading finance intermediaries – has signed a 10 year lease for 11,044 sq ft on the fourth floor of 5 St Paul’s Square, which is one of the Standarf Life Investments Pooled Pension Property Fund’s prime regional offices.
This deal follows a letting of 7,500 sq ft to Denholm Logistics and brings the total space now occupied in the property to over 90,000 sq ft.
