Smaller Earth relocate to Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock

Smaller Earth Group are relocating their Liverpool head office to Atlantic Pavilion, Albert Dock where they are taking 7,372 sq. ft. of refurbished offices on the 4th floor.

Smaller Earth are one of the UK’s leading travel companies offering work and travel opportunities for young people around the world. They were established in Liverpool in 1999 and now employ 54 people locally and 158 across the world.

The space has been sublet from Home Shopping Group. Approximately 24,000 sq. ft. of additional space is available, although there is strong interest in the majority of this space. The quoting rent is £13.00 per sq. ft.
