Sentric doubles footprint in Walker House
May 9, 2024Leaving its 5,000 sq ft office at Elevator Studios behind, the independent music publisher has taken 13,000 sq ft at Exchange Flags.
Sentric has signed an 11-year lease for an office in the Walker House portion of the Ashtrom Properties-owned Exchange Flags.
The publisher’s chief executive and founder, Chris Meehan, said: “We outgrew our previous home at Elevator Studios and, after an extensive search, chose Walker House as it offers an attractive, bright working environment for our staff.
“Exchange Flags is a great location right at the heart of the city centre that will see us through our next phase of growth,” Meehan concluded.
Reflecting on the deal with Sentric, Ashtrom chief executive Guy Lewinsohn said: “Together with the recent letting to Wushu Studios, we think this demonstrates the building’s appeal to leading creative businesses, who are a very important sector in Liverpool, and it validates our continued investment in the building.”
Worthington Owen acted for Ashtrom on the deal.
