The Port of Liverpool Building

The Port of Liverpool Building is the oldest and, arguably, the most attractive of Liverpool’s Three Graces. The building was built as the HQ for the Mersey Docks & Harbour Company in the early 1900s at a time when Liverpool was the largest port in the world, so was built to impress and to an exacting standard. In simple terms, it is one of the most stunning buildings in a city full of great architecture.

The vacant space is currently being completely refurbished to show off the original architecture of the building yet bring the accommodation up to the highest, modern standards. In brief, the refurbishment includes: new air-conditioning; raised access floors; high performance vacuum double glazing; and contemporary communal breakout facilities/meeting rooms.
