The Port of Liverpool Building

The Port of Liverpool Building is the oldest and, arguably, the most attractive of Liverpool’s Three Graces.  The building was built as the HQ for the Mersey Docks & Harbour Company in the early 1900s at a time when Liverpool was the largest port in the world, so was built to impress and to an exacting standard.  In simple terms, it is one of the most stunning buildings in a city full of great architecture.

We have a range of high quality refurbished offices available or alternatively suites that require a cosmetic refurbishment from 200 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft.  The refurbished offices provide contemporary, premium office space with air-conditioning from rents from £23.00 per sq. ft.  The unrefurbished space can be refurbished to suit and is available from as little as £16.50 per sq. ft.
