New base for Onward Homes

Acting on behalf of Onward Homes, we are delighted to have completed the acquisition of the 3rd and 4th floors of Watson Building on Renshaw Street extending to 20,036 sq ft. This grade II listed building, formerly part of the Lewis’ department store in Liverpool, has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment following a £16.5M investment, supported by a £5.6M loan from the Combined Authority’s Chrysalis Fund, and now provides grade A office accommodation.
