Major new let at 4 St Paul’s Square

December 7, 2017

Local property & construction consultancy, Gleeds, has announced it will relocate its Liverpool headquarters to 4 St Paul’s Square. The move will see the firm double the size of its office space in Liverpool city centre to accommodate a surge in staff numbers.

Having outgrown its current premises on Edmund Street, Gleeds has secured a spot in one of Liverpool’s most sought after business districts, 4 St Paul’s Square – one of the only remaining buildings in the city centre to offer grade A space. The consultancy is the first to sign up to a 3590 sq ft suite since the building was bought by Aberdeen Asset Management in a £18.7 million deal earlier in the year.

Gleeds join a number of dynamic occupiers already established at 4 St Paul’s Square, including fast-growing gas safety tech firm Gas Tag, law firm MSB Solicitors, insurance brokerage and risk management consultancy Mercer and commercial property consultants CBRE and GVA.

Andrew Owen, director at Worthington Owen, said: “Gleeds is a dynamic and ambitious business and will significantly bolster an already impressive portfolio of tenants at 4 St Paul’s Square”.
