New letting completed in 20 Chapel Street

Link Group, global leaders in financial administration, has taken a lease of 7,835 sq ft within 20 Chapel Street for its Retirement Solutions business.

Previously located in Speke, the business has taken a 10-year lease of the 11th floor from Canmoor Asset Management who represent the landlord, Square Ape.

Richard Wilson, General Manager of Link Group’s Retirement Solutions business in the UK commented: “20 Chapel Street was chosen due to the quality of the accommodation combined with its excellent central location within the Liverpool CBD and access to regional talent. We look forward to taking occupation and believe this new high-quality office will be a strong base for us to drive our plans for a new era in UK pensions.”
