September 16, 2026

Honeycomb and Helix, two refurbished period properties located on Edmund Street, have completed deals totalling more than 4,500 sq ft with Index Launch Capital, EcoSave Pay and Wave Consulting Group.

Sales and business development specialist Wave Consultancy Group has moved into a 2,417 sq ft workspace, complete with meeting rooms and private terrace, on the third floor of Honeycomb.

At Helix, Index Launch Capital, an early stage capital business supporting recruitment professionals to grow their own businesses, has taken almost 1,200 sq ft on the second floor.  It is joined by payment processing technology firm EcoSave Pay, which has moved into 1,022 sq ft of space on the building’s third floor.

Honeycomb and Helix comprise a combined 40,600 sq ft of office space and feature a range of shared amenities, including a business lounge with complimentary hot drinks, ground floor collaboration space, cycle storage, undercroft parking and a large roof terrace. Helix also features a Sainsbury’s outlet at ground floor level on Old Hall Street.

This latest trio of deals leaves the two buildings at a combined occupancy of 90%, with just four suites now remaining, ranging from 538 sq ft to 3,403 sq ft, marketed by Worthington Owen.

Mark Worthington, director at Worthington Owen, said: “Honeycomb and Helix continue to attract high levels of demand among businesses from a range of professional services and creative sectors.

“They offer attractive fully fitted and furnished contemporary space that is literally ready to move into right in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district. The roof terrace at Honeycomb is an especially popular feature with tenants from both buildings.”
