Downing relocates in Liverpool after office sale
January 23, 2024Videogame developer Ripstone has bought the property firm’s old office on Myrtle Street, prompting the move to a larger site within its portfolio after 18 years.
Downing has relocated into a 9,700 sq ft on the fifth and sixth floors of the 67,000 sq ft No1 Old Hall Street, a building it owns.
Worthington Owen advised Downing on the sale of its Myrtle Street office.
