May 20, 2025Former Bruntwood director, Colin Forshaw, has joined Liverpool-based commercial property consultancy Worthington Owen who are celebrating their 10th year of trading this month.
The business has firmly established itself as Liverpool’s leading independent commercial agency dealing with offices within the City Centre with some of its most notable deals including the 270,000 sq ft letting of India Buildings to HMRC and the acquisition of the 65,000 sq ft Echo Building on behalf of Sony Interactive.

He was also heavily involved with Sciontec, the joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech, Liverpool City Council, Liverpool John Moores University and The University of Liverpool.
Mark Worthington commented “Colin is a very well-known and highly regarded property professional who I have enjoyed working with for 25 years. His varied client-side experience means he can offer a different perspective and wider knowledge that I think will be of real benefit to our clients. We have been slightly defensive since COVID, so it feels good that we are developing the business again as we celebrate our 10th anniversary.”
Coin Forshaw added ”I am delighted to be joining up with Worthington Owen especially as they mark their 10th anniversary. Having been a client of theirs for the last 10 years, I have admired how the business has become established and contributed considerably to the commercial property market in Liverpool City Region. I am excited to be part of the next phase, complementing and broadening the services we provide to our clients’’
