Capita secures 6,158 Sq Ft within 20 Chapel Street

Capita Pension Solutions, part of Capita Group plc and a leading provider of pension administration and consulting services, has secured a major new office lease in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial district. The firm will occupy 6,158 sq ft of modern, high-specification office space within 20 Chapel Street. The 20 Chapel Street building is renowned for its premium amenities, waterfront views, and prime location offering Capita Pension Solutions an ideal environment to support its client base. Some of the teams working on the recently launched Civil Service Pension Scheme contract will be based at 20 Chapel Street, supporting more than 1.5 million current and former public servants.

This deal follows other recent lettings in the building to occupiers including Ridge & Partners & Link Group. Worthington Owen represented the landlord.
