SALE OF ELEVATOR STUDIOS, BALTIC TRIANGLE

We were approached by the owners in late 2019 to market Elevator Studios, which comprised 4 former warehouses totalling circa 70,000 sq. ft. that had been tastefully refurbished and linked together to provide a vibrant home for more than 50 creative businesses.

Prior to going to market (whilst surveys were undertaken and marketing material was prepared) we approached a handful of investors who we thought were well suited to the investment and would recognise the inherent value of the asset and future potential as the area matures.  There was very strong interest from three parties and a deal was subsequently agreed with CERT Property.

The sale of the company, Elevator Recording Studios Ltd, completed in August 2020 for an undisclosed price.
